Boeuf Bourguignon or Beef Burgundy is a stew prepared with beef braised in red wine, carrots, and pearl onions. I am using Pinot Noir wine with organic beef broth, garlic, onions, smoked bacon, and a bouquet garni. My Boeuf Bourguignon will be served with delicious organic mashed potatoes.
